Our mission to help end homelessness has us working side by side with people from many walks of life. Our latest project in North Portland is a true celebration of the Foundation’s collaborative model.

More than six months after closing out its project at Project Homeless Connect in Hillsboro, HBF assembled a team of volunteers to paint the original teardrop siding of the organization’s Access Center that had been covered with asbestos since the 1950’s.

Home Building Foundation will impact the lives of hundreds of people experiencing homelessness after its 2024 Building Hope Gala and Auction. More than $500,000 was pledged during the annual dinner and auction June 1 at Tumwater Vineyards in West Linn.
